HOW IT WORKS
You designate a gift to the FOCUS Mission Foundation in your will or trust.
You specify a dollar amount, percentage of your estate, specific asset, or the
residue of your estate that will be given to the FOCUS Mission Foundation
after you pass.

You maintain control of your assets during your lifetime.

Your gift is easily accomplished through a simple addition to a current document.
BENEFITS TO THE FOCUS MISSION FOUNDATION
Following your lifetime, your gift will be used to support the mission of FOCUS and the New Evangelization.
Your legacy gift may be much larger than what you could give during your lifetime.
The following is sample language for unrestricted bequests to be used for the greatest current
need of the FOCUS Mission Foundation.
I give to the FOCUS Mission Foundation, Inc. (Tax ID# 88-2519554), a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Colorado and located in Golden, CO: (choose one)
• ____% of my estate or
• the sum of $____ or
• all my right, title and interest in the following described property: or
• all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
to be used in such a manner as the board of directors of said corporation shall, in its sole discretion, determine.
